The SMCU staff is headed by a General Manager, Mr. Ronald Hulse. Staff Representation

Most staff members are unionized and are employed under a collective bargaining agreement. SMCU  recognizes the Christian Workers Union as the legal authority that negotiates on behalf of all unionized staff.
